The apartment is nice, a big comfy bed, a coffee machine with lots of good coffee. The host is very responsive. Close to the tram line to the city centre.

Too hot in summer time. For bedroom close to major street , when open doors it is too noise , when close door and too hot even with fan

I felt home. Very good experience of an Italian home with good patio. It was full of art inside and the house has soul proving the host's artistic views. Although it was in the fifth floor without elevator which was a bit difficult for my parents, we were satisfied with the house and its equipment. The host is super nice and hospitable.
