It was near to the companies where we planned to visit.

There is nothing in the neighborhood. The location is not ideal. The road is not completely paved, narrow with nothing to explore nearby. This place is just for staying the night.

Super cheap price. Good wifi.

Where do i even begin ?… 1. Ants and cobwebs all over the room. 2. They requested a deposit, which was NOT mentioned in booking. They thought it a good idea to hold my passport ransom till they got it. 3. No windows, just a “balcony” with a wall as view. 4. Neighbors decided to burn trash, which made the room and all our stuff stink. Shower also stinks of rotten egg for idk what reason. 5. Breakfast, it’s a choice between pancakes OR, and Coffe OR juice, so not really “breakfast included” more like 2 pancakes and instant-coffee included. 6. Aircon makes allot of noise. 7. Not really a bed, Its a leather sofa mattress that they put bedsheets on. Its slips off instantly and you will be sleeping on leather. (Highly uncomfortable)

The area where it is located. I wouldnt feel too safe walking at night....definitley a taxi ride.

Highly recommended... Secure and safe accommodation in a clean and modern environment. It's location is away from the main street so it is more quiet and secluded from the noise. The staff are friendly and helpful and always prompt with requests. The Mall is only a short distance away by taxi or you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of the very busy streets to buy cheap food. This place is ideal for first timers to the Philippines if you need time to acclimatise to the heat and humidity. The air-conditioning is more than adequate for a comfortable stay for people used to a cooler climate. Stay cool!

Just some points of note in an otherwise excellent place... There were no windows in the room for those who like to see outside but there is no view anyway. There was no fridge in the room so food and beverage storage is an issue and this increases dependency on the room service which increases the cost considerably for long stays. Room service food is adequate but expensive and lacking in fruit and vegetables except for the salad option, no fruit at all. Prepare to eat lots of rice and meat in sometimes quite small portions. Don't get a taxi from the Booking.com app use Grab for a trip over one fifth of the price in local currency. If you book a taxi from the office they charge a booking fee and you may have to wait a long time, better to get one yourself through the Grab app. Happy stay!
