Clean room and nice staff. However, the balcony was an open air half bedroom facing a wall.

Location and the fact that almosy every time I bought something the staff wanted 1k PHP for consumables which made my final bill very confusing.

It's absolutely wonderful. It felt clean and safe. I was very impressed the building. The room is spacious and clean. Everything felt like new. I can tell they maintain this property perfectly. Location is quiet because it's secluded which is a good and bad thing if it makes sense.

The location is secluded. Hard to get taxi and forget about hiring a grab because there is no grab around.

It was great value for money and very clean.

The location is not good. The air conditioning was very loud and not much windows or natural light.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially Joan from the reception.

Nice little overnight stay if want to get the ferry to camotes lsland as the pier88 was close by. Room was comfortable and clean..really enjoyed the breakfast also. Staff were friendly & welcoming

Clean and we'll kept with wide hallways

Noise in hallway can be heard in the room. Heard noise by adjacent room in the middle of the night which may be housekeeping .
