Everything is clean, and the caravan is fully equipped with everything you need. It has a TV, fridge, all kitchen utensils, a hob, fans, and all essential amenities. Everything is ready for a comfortable and convenient stay.

"Tranquil well kept park and caravan with everything you need"

Peaceful location and warm, cosy caravan with everything you need to explore nearby Charmouth, Golden cap, Lyme Regis and East Devon coast.

Cafe wasn't open Tues/Weds. You need a car really- no walks directly from site.

"The weather was perfect, Lyme Regis was amazing for our second trip and the boys loved the caravan."

First time in a caravan. What a great spot for a family. The caravan was great for our kids. They enjoyed the games and all the magazines to look through. Up at the Café, the boys were able to play on the playground and run around. We also went down to the pond, where we unexpectedly came across some baby lambs and goats. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and was east to make our own meals. Thank you.

Everything was great, thank you for the rules. It helps us understand what you would like to have things done during our stay.

"Lovely location cosy caravan, little to well stocked."

Great location, cosy caravan with everything we needed. Nice caravan park and peaceful, lovely sitting on the balcony.

Cupboards are too full. For example one shower gel for guests is nice but 5 half empty bottles is a bit much. Same for the kitchen, we had to move bits around to find room. Fine for a couple of nights but would be more irritating for longer.

The accommodation was lovely and comfortable...it was well equipped, it had everything you could need. Owner of the caravan was very accommodating and prompt with any information needed. The site was lovely and clean.Nice swimming pool and cafe and fish lakes and play area for children i would recommend. Location was great close to lyme regis, seaton, west bay.

Only one thing accommodation can be hard to reach if you have mobility issues as its hilly on the site.

It's a very comfortable holiday home in a beautiful setting. It's well equipped, clean and tidy.

It's a little inaccessible for older people (like me) as the car park is up and down a hill so getting luggage to the home is a couple of journeys.

"Lovely weekend get away"

A smart and well kept holiday home - clean, tidy and comfortable. All the things you need for cooking with some condiments, salt, pepper etc. Bedding and towels provided. Although we didn't use them there were shampoo and shower gel etc. Games in the cupboard and some paper backs. Internet worked well. Clear instructions on how to access. Good heating. Easy access to Charmouth and Lyme Regis. My children and I enjoyed it immensely.
