Nice location, spacious

The stairs are a little narrow and uncomfortable to go up or down with luggage, we were ok with it but it could be a challenge for other people. Cleanliness could improve a bit, we did find a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms termites had left a "line/path" on the wall, by the window (but it might have been old because we didn't see any termites)

Apartment needs to be cleaned better.

A quiet zone but with all at first hand

The parking

Spacious, comfortable and central to my needs

The first floor business block the parking entrance one day for a couple of hours.

The rooms were very clean and good for the value. The appliances were adequate to meet our needs, especially the refrigerator, due to my wife's medication requirement. Lighting was great and daily shower was wonderful. Once we were able to gain access for the keys on arrival, it was convenient to access and leave daily. Parking in the lot was very good too. We will consider renting this facility in future trips, if available.

I didn't like the lack of an onsite host when we arrived as it took several phone calls to get the needed help to accessing the rooms key. Also, a few nights we experienced loud noise until after midnight from nearby facilities including the other apartments within our building.
