Only 3 towels for 5 people. I mentioned it and the host said there were more but there were not.

Mavs had everything we needed and close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Nothing, the whole around the rented property was a slum... my wife was afraid to get out of the car.

Bedroom good size

Location cleanliness noise communication with owners WiFi nonexistent one towel per room no toilet paper no storage in bedrooms only one mirror in entire apartment. Outlets did not work.

We stayed at the property for a few days while visiting family in Ponce. We had a 3rd floor room. We liked how central the location was to the center of town as well as how spacious the place was. There was air conditioning in all bedrooms that worked very well. There was a full kitchen. We didn’t have enough towels and contacted the management and right away we had enough towels. Great service.

The parking was a bit small and thus we had to park in the street. In addition, there is no elevator on premise. We had to carry our luggage to the third floor

Location

No elevator. Opened parking space. No security.

I liked the space

I never talked to or seen the staff, they never responded to my voicemail. The pressure in the shower was low.
