I checked in the hotel They charged total 1500/- 500/- in advance on 5/5/2025 And 1000/- on check-in But the actual booking amount on booking.com is 1342/- including taxes Upon asking they informed they don’t car what the prices are online and u have to pay the said 1500/- As they already took 500/- in advance through online mode and it was late night we hopelessly had to stay. They are doing this to all the customers And using online booking to cheat customer for their benefits. If this continues we have to stop booking on booking.com in future and go for different platform.

Worst experience ever!!Pathetic service!!

While we booked on booking.com,initially it shown 842/-rs without taxes. afterwords with gst plus all taxes 947/-rs. but at reception they told us to paid 1087/-rs. There was dirty bedsheets,no cleaning,no normal water for drinking,worst hotel staff,worst mangament,even worst food of hotel,pathetic service ever experienced.

There was a room to stay with parking!

There's absolutely no wifi in the room. There is a TV in the room but you can't use it as it works only on wifi - which the hotel expects you to share using the hotspot from your phone. The hygiene is low standard, there were cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The water pressure in the bathroom is very low. Room doors and walls are not soundproof, you get easily disturbed in the middle of the night.
