Hotel Sai Dakshina Inn & The Fern Restaurant

There is no maintenance at all . Staff were not helpful. Foot mat’s provided were dirty , wet n awful smell is coming from the mats. After asking for the replace of the mats also the staff didn’t even replaced them instead of replacing them they are giving the previous mats which are wet n dirty . The bed sheets given were also not clean n the floor sticky in the room . There is some tym of water leakage in the washroom . Look wise hotel is okay but maintenance is very very poor and staff are not helpful.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was exceptional. Food was delicious. Had a great experience at Hotel Sai Dakshina Inn & The Fern Restaurant.

Nothing tried in food as were unhappy with services

They don't even change bed sheets,pillow covers.asked them to do it their laundry did not come for full day.not clean rooms as photos.

The hotel management was rude, dirty bedsheets and lock not working at all for the that was given to us. I had explained the service boy for the change of room, no response from the reception. When I called the reception, they spoke to me in a rude fashion and all the way need to come down to the reception for explaining about the room fathetic situation. But the owner intervened by shouting at me, almost hit me.. just reason I asked for change of room. He never listened my family situation in that room, even though the other people at the reception not in favour of our situation, but they were acting like a they don't know anything. After an hour of struggle to convince the owner, he finally changed the room. I have never witnessed a hotel owner rudely arguing with customer, after all we asked for change of room by knowing the fathetic situation of the room given. My family got disturbed so much about the safety of customers at that moment, but no option for us to change the hotel, almost all hotels booked. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone in their future bookings
