NO BREAKFAST WAS PROVIDED WHICH WE KNEW BUT TO HAVE IT IN THE JAYAKARTA RESTAURANT IT WAS $45 PER DAY, PER COUPLE .......RIDULOUS!!

THE FIRST DAY/NIGHT WE DID NOT LIKE THE ROOM AT ALL....CURTAIN FALLING OFF AND DIDNT WORK...SHOWER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE....NO SHOWER MAT FOR BATH MADE IT VERY SLIPPERY. A DAMP, DANK SMELL AND THE WHOLE ROOM WAS SO DARK WITH LITERALLY NO NATURAL LIGHT! WE CHECKED ANOTHER LOCATION 2ND MORNING AND DECIDED TO MOVE OUT....ANOTHER 6 NIGHTS WAS NOT SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO. THESE ARE PRIVATELY OWNED SO I SUGGEST THE OWNER GO AND STAY A COUPLE OF NIGHTS....I'D BE SO EMBARRASSED TO BE THAT OWNER. WHEN WE TOLD THEM WE WERE MOVING OUT THEY OFFERRED US ANOTHER ROOM ...IT WAS MARGINALLY BETTER SO WE STAYED (MAINLY COS WE'D ALREADY PAID)

Location and staff were very good. Rooms were dated but comfortable

The sofa bed was shaped like a zig zag. It smelt like mould especially when the aircon was on,

I was expecting a newer/maybe fresher building. Rusted balcony railing. Didn't once see someone behind the desk. So couldn't get wifi password. Bathroom very old and out dated. Place was clean for what was on offer.

Staff were amazing, helped straight away when needed. Rooms were spacious and comfy.

Ovation is great. Resort facilities are great

The room smelt very mouldy and they couldn’t fix it.

Facilities are good, you can get all you need there, Super close to decent beach, and plenty entertainment all around.
