The rooms & facilities are very dated.

Good spot

Unclean, didn’t make up rooms each day, hard to get toilet paper Staff wanted cash for payment - told us machine was broken to pay by card Showers were dreadful No hot water, no pressure Would not stay again

Pool bar was nice but out dated Still relaxing. Staff were lovely. Close to lots of Shops n spas n tattoo .

Air conditioners didn't work properly. They were all very noisy n dripping. Smell in Bathroom hurt your nose. Everything looked very old and worn out.

Beautiful apartments located on the grounds of Jayakarta Resort, with its beautiful tropical gardens. Huge benefit is that you can use all their facilities. Staff is very kind, walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes

Some leaking here and there due to heavy rains, and not great wifi connection. But who needs this on holidays...

We have stayed at this property many times before as we like the location.

This property Is very run down and tired, we have stayed many times before over the last 16 years so we knew it is an older property but this stay was not pleasant. When we first arrived they didn’t have the room we had booked ready they had double booked. They put us in to 2 single rooms, the bed in our room was uncomfortable and filthy food on pillows staff were reluctant to make fold out sofa for our son. When we were moved to new room aircon leaked in lounge room, and main bed room it need to be fixed or looked multiple times a day with no solution started leaking again within half an hour of being fixed. Tried to discuss with the manger he was rude and dismissive of the issue. Unable to use any of the utensils like kettle or pots as they were unusable due to lack of cleaning and maintenance. 7 nights was not a great experience like we generally have had at this property.
