good location, the pools were great. so close to the beach and good value aircon worked super well

slight communication issue with the staff, cleaning was every two days which we were fine with. However we needed new sheets on a non cleaning day as my son was sick and we didn't get them despite asking also was charged for the cot, this was communicated before hand

Grounds of Jayakarta and the restaurants and staff of Jayakarta were good.

Everything. We didn’t get picked up from airport as arranged. The room was not as I had booked. My daughter had no bed made up and no linen or towel. Booked a large double bed and it had 2 singles squashed into a small space. 1 single blanket for all 3 of us. Only sheets on the beds. The pull out bed was broken and had a big hole in the middle so not comfortable to sleep on. Staff kept saying speak to my boss but boss never came. Tv didn’t work and fridge was warm. Quite disgusted in how they didn’t even try to make our stay more comfortable. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We loved the location, large well equipped apartment, comfy bed, use of the beautiful pools at the Jayacarta Hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite, Nyoman was extremely helpful and arranged a taxi driver for us for the airport and a full day of sightseeing.

The balcony was really tiny and could just say fit 2 small chairs and there was no table... probably wouldn't bother guests who don't use the balcony much but we do.

The property was spacious, in a good location, and access to the Jaykarta pool was a huge bonus.

You definitely get what you pay for. The room was very outdated, and on our 2nd night of our 1 week stay the aircon broke. It was constantly dripping water onto the floor. We asked to have it looked at which maintenance fixed. However the next night it had broke again. A section of the ceiling was also constantly dripping water, even the paint was peeling off from water damage. Most of our stay was having to put towels on the wet floor, and sleeping in a warm room with a pedestal fan as a substitute for the broken AC. Shower was also not the cleanest, with a lot of mould.

Tv needed reprogramming

The location and we were able to leave our bags in the lobby.

I don't usually like writing bad reviews but within arriving at the destination it did not reach by expectations and what was said by the hosts. -told check in for my 3 rooms would be 2:00pm. We were able to drop our bags off in the lobby then go venturing returned at 2:00pm. One room was ready. Asked when the others would be ready they said 3:00pm. Okay come back at 3:00pm still not ready. Started to get a little bit frustrated and the room was ready around 4-5pm. -When going into the first room, no towels, no pool towels, no bath mats. When asked for pool towels they said there is no more they need to wait for laundry. (This was in the afternoon) Waited and waited till I wanted a shower, finally get 1 towel for 3 people. -Come night time with the pull out sofa, had no sheets no blankets and no pillows. Asked at reception, said they would send someone up to do it, was not done for about 4 hours till it came to bed time and I had to go downstairs again, they came up at 9:30pm at night. -Got told due to all of the confusions and mistakes we would receive a refund for the first night for all three rooms as a sorry I suppose. Come to check out asked about the refund then being told it was only for one room a refund for the first night and it was something that we had to apply for, which they failed to tell us first. So yeah never recieved a refund. -The room was also dirty to me, and not up to standards, considering the money we paid.

The low price & location

The first room they put me in was horrible. Dirty, smelled musty and moldy and looked like it hadn’t been lived in for ages. The second room was better as it was clean but the AC in the bedroom didn’t work and it was too warm to sleep. They need to renovate the entire building or tear it down.

Location was perfect, beach right behind the hotel. Amazing restaurants and great shopping within walking distance and the hotel pool and swim up bar was amazing
