The room should be tidy / upkeep daily. The first night I found cockroaches. After requesting to upkeep the room the next day, they failed to do so. I keep reminding the late afternoon but fail again.

Environment not really my style, stuff ,not so kind

Everything, esp the staff and esp Nyoman. Very helpful in making sure everything was perfect for me at the hotel. And she was amazing in helping me to organise extra notational activities, like tours with an experienced local cheap driver. Saving me time and money.

Great location in Legian. We were first time travellers to Bali. Quite inside the hotel. Safe area. We could use the hotels pool next door. This hotel would’ve been double the amount what we paid.

I wasn’t sure what to expect in Bali. This was a budget hotel. It is a hotel that is at least 20 years old. The air con worked great in our room (you really need it in the heat), but my kids room it kept turning off. We got them to come and look but they couldn’t seem to fix. Probably needed replacing. The bathroom wasn’t like the pics. Old and cracks but we didn’t care. As long as it’s clean and a bed we were happy. Most of the day we were out exploring.

l sometimes found it hard to find stuff when l needed help,

The rooms weren't comfortable, the towel rack was not properly mounted to the wall, and kept falling down. There were spider cob webs, and cracks in the walls. It looks like old hotel, and not value for money.

close to our favourite restaurants and bars, beach and great shopping area. Great pools, very friendly staff, always happy to please. It was so handy and such a saving to have the bulk drinking water on tap supplied.
