The host was very responsive. When we were confused as to which door, the host was fast to respond. It was very clean and comfortable. I loved the local feel and location to the beach. I was able to let the teenager wander without being too worried. I dont handle the heat well, so I appreciated the ac very much. Also we were able to get to the airport and Old San Juan within 45 minutes and El Yunque in 15 minutes. The extra personal touches made it perfect (the beach accessories). Love love love the local vibes. Allowed me to practice my spanish. Photos are true to presentation. Already thinking about my next visit in 'cooler' weather.

None of these were a deal breakers. No shower curtain, but i realize that may be an island thing. Only problem when someone had to use the rest room and other person was in the shower. Also the living room was so much hotter than the bedrooms. But we opened both doors to let a breeze through while keeping the cold air in the bedrooms. The last thing was the noise of the area bars...but the host provided ear plugs.

Starting with the property owner, they were communicative and helpful. You could see that they put a lot of thought into welcoming us. Special touches like coffee, milk, sugar were made available. They even left us snacks and a salad for our arrival. Spacious apartment, well equipped, very clean, comfortable. Bedrooms were air conditioned, nicely decorated. We felt safe and welcomed.

Minor negative was the nighttime music from outside, but the main bedroom was soundproofed and the sounds ended by midnight. We did not mind so much because it’s part of being in town with a busy nightlife

Los dueños son encantadores. El apartamento es limpio y cómodo pero no es vivible

No está adaptado para alojarse, las ventanas no tienen sistema de vidrio por lo que en realidad quedan abiertas a la calle dejando pasar todo tipo de ruidos. La zona es ruidosa, pero sobre todo si se quedan de fiesta debajo, lo hace insoportable. No se podía dormir, tuvimos que ir a la policía del lugar para poder dormir la primera noche. El precio es carisimo para la situación en que nos encontramos. No nos gusto el sistema de las llaves, es muy poco seguro.

The property was ok

For me the problem was not the music, but there was a fight in front of the apartment, very loud one, very late at night.

El lugar es bastante como,muy limpio y asesible a playas y negocios de comida.

Very clean. Nicky equipped kitchen. Owner’s daughter, Mariely very attentive to getting us in and settled. When we showed her the beach chairs were broken, new ones were delivered first thing the next morning. A/C worked well.

We loved that it was so close (one block) from the beach. Being also virtually on the town square, we were very close to lots of restaurants. The only negative—which may be because we are late 70’s age now—was the noisy street noise, amplified by our happening to be there on a big festival weekend.

Host were more than accommodating and brought us extras like a beach umbrella and beach towels. They texted when a beach was closed unexpectedly.

Can’t really complain about anything

Excellent hosts!! Very easy to communicate with and were super helpful with any questions. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The place was awesome and is only a 2 min walk from the beach. They had beach towels and chairs for us to use. There is a great shop called coffee therapy right below the apartment. Very good pastries, brunch and coffee. Lots of good places to eat near the apartment. The location is ideal if you want to visit El Yunque rainforest as well as Fajardo. Overall we had an excellent time. One thing to note is the bar right down the block as it can get very loud at times especially during the night. The hosts did give us fair warning about the noise so we knew what to expect.
