Great location for travelling about

Couldn’t fault it

Located beside/above the pub so expected it to be noisy. Instead the pub noise was very muffled and not a problem ( the rain kept people inside, which probably helped). We stayed on a Sunday which coincided with Irish Traditional music night (Sun/Wed). This was excellent; 20+ musicians jamming in the bar made for a fun evening. This is a 150 year old pub, modernised as best as possible. The furnishings etc are "well used" but functional and everything you need is there.

If you are expecting the Ritz this is not for you.

It was very quaint but spacious and totally catered for us with our collie dog who loved the slightly steep stairs. Also very handy for access back into Belfast or the North Handy for a nice pint

It was really very good even though we stayed Sat and Sunday night when pub was busy noise was just people conversing

Felt like a wee home, very handy for exploring Belfast. Had fast Ev charger just outside the property, very handy.

It was comfortable and well provisioned. Great little lounge and TV. WiFi was good and it had a homely feeling to it parking was easy and chocolate and drinks were left for clients. Rooms were warm and clear instructions were left for us, a spacious suite of rooms.

It was a bit quirky- we never could get hot water except in the shower - boiled a lot of kettles! We also got ourselves accidentally locked in the kitchen which has a key code we didn’t write down. Phones left upstairs so had to climb out of the window! I’m nearly 70! It’s part of a pub so it was a bit noisier than we had expected from the traffic on the main road but we should have thought about this before we booked a pub on a main road. All these things having been said - there is nothing wrong with the property and we would consider using it again.
