Robert’s place was super roomy and comfortable. Bedroom and bathroom layout was great.

The bed in the front bedroom might need to be replaced soon as it really sags.

Great large comfortable clean apartment. We were in Edinburgh for a family wedding. Great location for bus route into Edinburgh which is also walkable.

Only huge downfall for me and would prevent me from booking again was the complete lack of WiFi. Although it was a trip mainly for leisure I did have to do a little remote working but was prevented from doing so as I could not get a strong enough signal. Most of our stay (3 days) was without Wi Fi or phone signal which did cause some issues with family trying to contact us to make arrangements for travel for meeting up etc as we were all scattered at various locations around Edinburgh, but our phones didn’t work either on or off the WiFi. Please get it sorted and we would book again in a flash.

Great location & nice large apartment.

No fault of the owner whatsoever, but the gated entrance could really do with being cleaned up. Was quite littered & messy with dropped food.
