Overall feeling was pleasant - it was cold and there was a heater already switched on when we arrived. There is an electrical blanket as well. There was a water supply issue and they phoned us before arrival and asked if they could move us to other available unit - thanks!

The open shower - everything gets wet and it is cold! ☺

Bathrooms were not clean, sink was dirty, pillowcases had dirt and stains on them. No soundproofing, we could hear everything from the guests staying below us.
