We booked and paid for a Premier Double Room, but upon arrival we were told that multiple bookings (ours and our friends’) should share one room with a single bed. After arguing, we were given a room—but it was NOT what we booked. Instead, we were placed in what looked like staff quarters next to where staff were sleeping. This room is not even listed online. The conditions were shocking: No water for hours No electricity Rats in the roof all night, making it impossible to sleep When I contacted the owner, I was told there were no other rooms available and was promised a full refund. We had no choice but to stay as everything else was fully booked. It has now been over a week—no refund, no apology, no communication. This place is completely misleading and poorly managed. Selling rooms that don’t match what is advertised and then failing to refund customers is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

The setting is beautiful , gardens are immaculately maintained, with space for short walks on the property. The staff on site are friendly and attentative. Proximity to restaurants and Hartees attractions is great.

The communication with the owner/ people managing the property is very , very poor. Starting from getting access to the property and feedback when raising any concerns . Still waiting for a. response on one outstanding part of our stay, 3 days after we checked out, sent emails and wattsapps.
