The hotel is very large with a nice view. Rooms are very confortable and large for familly The swimming pool is large and great with lots of activities The kids club is amazing, and breakfast also is great. The hotel is proposing nice evening activities and shows

Little bit far from the main city attractions, you will need to wake up early to do anything. Limited choice of food in the resort and you need to cross the road to access the beach Staff is very limited to speak english which is strange for such a brand. If lots of great activities, they are overpriced.

Very nice but a little on the expensive side for the grade. Compared to Marriot or Intercontinental few things missing. For example no salmon at breakfast! Lovely pool.

A bit of a walk along dangerous road to village. No drinking water supplied around pool which most luxury hotels do provide.

The staff, the restaurants the facilities are amazing. It really is a wonderful resort.

The beds need an upgrade. The doors are designed to slam on there own or if you try to close slow they still slam, it’s possible to close quietly but that involves your key card which nobody does, long story short, you hear a lot of slamming doors that night before bed and in the morning as people are going to breakfast.

Great swimming pool. Big grounds for walking about. White lotus Thai restaurant was good

Room Amenities were rather dated and limited. Position of the handsoap and hand towels were rather odd- too high for the former and too low for the latter. Electricity black out twice during our 1 night stay. Breakfast options rather limited too.

The resort was wonderful, suite was spacious and super comfortable, together with lovely staff that made me feel at home and even made sure to celebrate my birthday, in particular Sao the ‘white lotus’ restaurant manager - all made for one of the best vacations I had. Food at the White Lotus restaurant was delicious, the bar is super cool, and they make great cocktails, great boat rental and trip trough their concierge and fabulous spa (particularly Aziza that was lovely and super professional) - really spectacular services and wonderful resort.

Water pressure in the shower was low and windows from the living room and barroom from the suite needs to be cleaned.
