- Spacious and clean room - Friendly staff - Great facilities, near the beach - Lots of activities, family friendly - Big swimming pool and big resort

- Some random power outage - Rooms could do with a retrofit. They look outdated - Was charged for the stay when checking in although I had already paid online when booking - Rooms don't get automatically cleaned even when putting the notice at the door. - Communication issues when calling the reception. I had to do follow-up calls because no action were taken upon my first calls (request for room to be cleaned, request for a bottle steriliser) - Breakfast could do with a more variety on different days

We loved our stay , very family friendly hotels with lots of activities for kids. A lot of excursions available to be planned through the hotel. Super friendly staff , and very clean & comfortable hotel.

Staff welcoming Beautiful Hotel . Great location The hotel facilities and gardens were well maintained with lovely coloured flowers everywhere. There were interesting facts about the hotel dotted all around for guests to read. Everything was very clean and well organised. Nice ice cream, the staff were very, very nice.

The mattress was hard, which made the bed uncomfortable. I woke up a few times with backache. I did, however, ask for an extra mattress topper. Which helped a little With my backache

Breakfast was pretty good for a 4* hotel. Unfortunately lacked sea food, however variety is great. If you are eating clean, enough choice to enjoy it

Grossly overpriced for the facilities. Needs major updating in every sense. Aircon is so dirty that I had to drive to a store, buy duck tape and plastic bags to block the dirty dusty air blowing into the room. Even after I blocked it, air still would come thru the cracks around it that made me cough all 7 days non stop from it. Dinner was crap, portions laughably small and everything is fried in oil. Choice on dinner is incredibly limited, had to eat pizza for 7 days straight since everything else was deep fried utter crap and after ordering a crab, I had an empty shell brought to the table. Half board is a scam, offers on the menu specifically excluded half boarders. Price tag very high for it as well. There’s no beach you can swim, water very murky and muddy. Staff was not very welcoming. I don’t wanna go on since it would get objectively much worse. I have stayed as much nicer places around for half price.

Globally a good experience in this hotel. Very good for family with kids. The room was quite big. I would put a negative point on the restaurants + service: very expensive for low quality food. Many waiters and waitresses but there is only one or two who look like they know what they are doing. Maybe only the pizza from the Italian restaurant is good. But again, it is easier to describe the negative points are they are very specific. Overall I am satisfied
