Lovely and clean. Great location.

It was new and very clean in a great location

It had 2 very steep sets of stairs that were difficult to climb with luggage. Whilst the beautiful apartment was for 4 people the lounge was very small and only just fit just my daughter and I. That was the only furniture in the living space except a TV This place has a 3 o’clock check in which is very late

Excellent location and very comfy beds.

Lots and lots of stairs. People with knee problems or slightly older will really struggle.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to city center. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nothing - everything was great!

Excellent location, very clean, easy to access and everything was very nice.

I asked prior if I could drop our bags earlier than the check in time which is 3 pm - quite late in the day. I was asked to message closer to the time - so I did and then was asked to message the next day - the day prior - 3 messages from me, to be told there is no ability to drop bags prior. Why didnt I just get told this at the start instead of being asked to constantly message. I also didnt appreciate that I could check in early for $30 additional. This is not standard hotel practice and why people are opting back to hotel accomodation.. I note there was also a cleaning fee for this property - so if you charge a cleaning fee, you can clean it and not request guests do this that and the other. We left the property very tidy.

Great location close to city centre. Property clean and great communication.

The washer dryer is a bit of a hassle. Managed to hunt out instructions which were in the cupboard. Thank you for keeping these! Could do with a bit more seating in the lounge. A two seater couch not great for a property that sleeps 4.

Apartment was in a great location, easy walk into town. Everything was brand new and clean with everything you needed and more

Needed more seating in the living room. Only had a small 2 seater sofa

Very convenient location to our conference at the Town Hall. New, modern interior/exterior, comfortable beds. Easy self check in/out with gate/door code. We didn’t need the amenities for washing or cooking or a car park but great to have!

We couldn’t get the upstairs aircon to work but the host did attempt to help us over messaging.
