Frida's Cottage Whitby

Loved that there's no TV. We played games all night - it was lovely. The quirky decoration and welcome pack was also nice and they provided gluten free bread for us too. Loved the record player.

Colorful, cosy and full of joy ♥️ you can tell the owners truly care for the property and the guests that visit. We were only there for a short trip but found the cottage to be the highlight of our time in Whitby! The breakfast hamper and milk were so appreciated as we had to head out fairly early. Every room in the cottage has such personality and we loved getting to find all of the carefully curated items throughout. The guest book and watercolours were a lovely touch and we spent some time listening to a record upstairs on the record player. They went above and beyond to contact me when I left a portable fan behind and made sure it got back to me. Truly exceptional hospitality. We’ve already raved about this gem of a find to family and friends so if you are reading this, then we 100% recommend you book in for your Whitby stay! 🥰

Location, clean

It included breakfast, the picture of the breakfast available was good. Cereal, bread jams but what we got was three small packets of biscuits. 2 porridge packs, tin of beans - absolutely nothing to go with it and pre packed cossiants with chocolate in. Absolutely terrible. Paid more for house to stay because it included breakfast… we didn’t eat anything.

Excellent location, parking available at Westcliffe. Comfy beds. Nice bright kitcĥen. Themed cottage.

Rooms not as large as photos suggest, colours quite intimidating but get used to these!

Det gulligaste lilla huset mitt i centrum! Så kul att bo bland fantastiska Frida Kahlo saker. Supermysigt och gemytligt, nära till allt och med ett trevligt bageri precis bredvid, vill man ha full English frukost så serverades det på puben mitt emot. Rekommenderar detta boende varmt!
