The Stable at Thornlea

Spacious and very nice interior. Well equiped kitchen, comfortable couch and bed. The bathroom, kudos to the shower. Washing machine was a nice add. Lovely host, even though we were on his property it all felt very private.

Nothing.

Location, plenty of space for two people. Comfortable bed and great showering facilities.

WiFi wasn’t stable. Difficult to find as hidden away. Dishwasher wasn’t working.

Absolutely nothing

Everything supplied was good/top quality. Everything needed was supplied. The decor was stylish and simple- no fussy Nick-nacks cluttering the place. The space was completely private. Light and airy, spacious and warm. Wish we’d booked longer! Also Andy and family were friendly and helpful but in no way intrusive.

The entrance to parking area took a bit of careful manoeuvring and we took a few goes to get used to the little narrow roads leading to main routes. Everything else was ‘ spot- on’

The lovely design of the property, the comfort of the bed, the outstanding views from upstairs and the friendliness of the hosts.

We did find it difficult to find our way in and out of the property because the postcodes cover too big an area. However I believe the host is going to add ‘What 3 Words ‘ to the directions.

Lovely location and really friendly hosts. Very nice comfortable layout.

Problem with WiFi the TV and dishwasher just took the edge off the stay. Hosts were very good and flagged just before arrived and offered to refund and cancel my stay.
