Staff is very rude. They are not cooperative. They are just in view of robbing money from customer.

The rates here are exceptionally reasonable compared ro the quality of service. Despite being right on Vo Nguyen Giap street by the beach, the prices remain very fair. Friendly staff and full facilities like the gym and pool.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Lage war okay.

Ich habe zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gab beim Frühstück keinen grünen Tee! Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hat mir einen schwarzen Tee gebracht. Das Frühstück war okay. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im 8. Stock bekommen. Der Balkon ist zur Straßenseite. In der Ferne sieht man auch das Meer. Die Straße ist sehr befahren, aber zum Glück war der Raum sehr gut isoliert. Sehr störend empfand ich, dass das Zimmer sehr feucht und schimmelig roch. Ich bin sehr geruchsempfindlich und konnte besonders die erste Nacht nicht gut schlafen. In der zweiten Nacht habe ich nicht geschlafen, weil die Klimaanlage verrückt spielte. Ich habe den Techniker kommen lassen. Er kam auch schnell und verstellte die Temperatur wie erwünscht. Nachdem er weg war, sprang sie wieder auf 16 Grad Celsius. Mir war es sehr kalt. Zum Duschen muss man in die Badewanne klettern und es gab keinen Vorhang oder Ähnliches, so das Wasser überall rum spritzt.

For the most part the hotel was so-so. Hallways were very run down and not clean looking. Room was fine, but very sparse in amenities. No wash cloths, Bathroom window was broken and could not be shut, which allowed a lot of road noise. There was a lot of road noise. Did not like that the key cards had room numbers on them. This is not safe.

The room features a modern design with cozy tones, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The bed is incredibly soft, ensuring a deep sleep after a long day. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with quality toiletries.
