ELC Da Nang Hotel & Spa

Staff are all friendly from bellboys, receptionists, restaurants and house keepings, amazing people. The location was good, conveniece to all amenities, breakfast has many options, always came half hour before breakfast stops and everything is full nothing is missing, so definately i can recommend it.

Internet is terrible and is very important, i stayed in a seaview room, the internet get cut off most of the time, and time to time works well. So definately this need to be considered a priority to be resolved. TV unfortunately they do not have free channels apart from youtube, some guests like to watch tv if they want to chill in the room, and should be included like many Hotels in Da Nang.

We stay at the hotel as we needed somewhere to stay fast

From the moment we walked into the hotel it was a terrible experience. We arrived later at night. We have never been there before. Once all the handover of passports was done we were told where our room was amd left to our own devices. There were 3 staff on . At least one of them could show us to our room however no one did. the room itself was clean, sheets were clean but very old and slightly discoloured. We had a balcony room .. the balcony was spacious and lovely view of the beach. The gentleman that greet us for breakfast was very polite however Breakfast was very disappointing, pastries were stale, seen better Breakfasts at hotels in Vietnam.. Pool is on the same floor as the lobby at the back. Pool was cool however this didn't bother us as it was refreshing from the heat.. Hotel itself isn't air-conditioned very well at all, the lobby was slightly cooler than outside. even on the floors outside your room its hot. The air-conditioning in our room worked well. We asked several times for a couple of different services like toilet paper or ice and we had too ring again and again for it.. I feel this hotel could have so much potential but it just missed every time.. I would not stay here again

The room was clean and comfortable. After breakfast, I could relax at the swimming pool before heading out.
