"Lovely country pub with good food and atmosphere."

Bed was comfy. Shower was good. Nice to have shampoo and shower gels which the big name hotel chains are not supplying.

Being woken up really early by staff emptying bottles from night before.

I stayed here for a wedding close to the hotel in July and I was really happy with the ease of check in and how accommodating the staff were. I had originally booked the room for one night but I ended up needing two nights and after a quick phone call they had sorted it out for the second night while honouring the same room rate as the night I originally booked. Staff were friendly, facilities were clean and comfortable. They had even ensured the rooms had fans in as it was a very hot weekend.

"Nette schone kamer, vriendelijk personeel, slecht ontbijt"

De kamer was netjes en het personeel aller aardigst en behulpzaam.

Het ontbijt was erg onder de maat. De keuze was continental breakfast om 08.00 in de kamer of full english om 10.00 in de bijbehorende pub. Omdat wij een jong kindje hebben die vroeg wakker is, was voor ons het ontbijt om 10.00 helaas veel te laat. Daardoor hebben wij voor het continental breakfast gekozen. Dit was echter ver beneden peil. Geen vers fruit maar uit blik, twee verfrommelde croissants, 2x yoghurt en 2x cereal. Dit zou echt beter kunnen. Wanneer je een B&B boekt verwacht je naast een fijn Bed ook een behoorlijk Breakfast.

Well presented quiet room. Powerful shower and comfortable.bed. The complementary drinks and biscuits were nice. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Great location for attending The Great barn wedding venue.
