Personnel très à l'écoute, très bon accueil, possibilité de louer des scooters.

Les énormes travaux sur la baie mais qui ne sont pas du fait de l'hébergement. Donc pas de vue sur la mer

La photo ne correspond absolument pas a la réalité, malheureusement un complexe hotelier d'ampleur est en cours de construction sur la Baie ( a la place de la mer !! ) et obstrut totalement la vue. De plus , nous sommes tomber sur les vacances vietnamiennes et il n'y a avait pas de petit déjeuner pour les touristes étrangers mais un local avec des horaires bcp plus tôt !! Pour finir, l' emplacement est extrêmement bruyant , bruits des voisins, des restaurants/ karaoké ... je ne recommande pas si vous souhaitez des nuits reposantes et une vue mer c'est raté !!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent, clean, and very comfortable. What impressed me the most was the staff, especially Kent Reaats. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Thanks to Kent and the entire team, my experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

Kent was great, very helpful. Breakfast was good. We booked a day-trip boat tour through the hotel and rented motorbikes. Both very affordable and worth every penny!

The property was in a good location for seeing the town, getting to the beach and the host, “Mr Kent” was great organising a motorbike to get to the out-of-town places. The only criticism is that it was advertised as a beachfront property, but no longer is. I don’t hold this against the owners, they are probably as disappointed as anyone that the beachfront is being relocated.

- the breakfast included is rather poor (toast bread + 2 eggs omelette or a pancake + some fruit) - there's no proper ventilation in room, absolutely nothing is getting dry (and there was no rain season), I mean there are radiators and AC, but AC seemed not properly maintained (odour from it) and for two days having a few wet clothes and towels we couldn't make them dry
