The guy at the desk was very helpful. The hotel also provide an excellent service for the boat trip

We loved everything about our stay. Kent and Tony are just great. There English is good! The breakfast was provided with 4 choices. I chose the sausages and eggs. It came with coffee, bananas, and watermelon. The breakfast also had tomato, cucumber, and lettuce. It was great. The motorcycle rental was a good price. 100k a day. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. They helped me book a one day tour 600k, but the trip was priceless. If you want a cheap way to get to catba here is my suggestion. Take bus 109 from the airport to My dinh bus station (12k). The My dinh bus station is written Ben Xe My Dinh. Then take bus 34 to the Gia Lam Bus Station (12K). The bus station is written Ben Xe Gia Lam. The Bus will let you out within close sight of the station. It does not go into the station. Go inside the bus station and book a bus to haiphong (150k). The company is called Hai Au (https://haiaubus.vn/) . The ticket will read this way Bx Gia Lam - Bx Thurong Ly. The seats in the van are different prices. The front and back seats are 130k and the middle seats are 150k. When you get to the Bx Thuong Ly bus station. Using your google translator ask which bus goes to the ferry. Don't take a taxi its very far away and expensive. There is a pink city bus that goes to the ferry. (12k) The ferry is cheap its 12k. Once you arrive at Catba look for the city bus. The best was the staff: Mr. Kent and his brother are the best! They are so attentive and helpful, truly good at what they do. The hotel arranges all the tours for you and they were pretty good.

Great host at the reception. Our room wasn't clean when we arrived, and when we complained he immediately changed our room and gave us really good one. Be aware of the constructions that are now all around Cat Ba

I would like that it was a little more clean. It was okay but the sheets had some stains (it was washed, but the stains didn't go) Also I would love to have more towels (they gave us only 2)

Excelente choice for a budget night. I recommend. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
