Great location and very friendly and helpful staff . Great value for money . Located on the walking street the elephants take as they walk to the river

A balcony overlooks the street that the elephants pass along 4 times a day , giving every guest the opportunity to see them from a unique vantage point .

Great location

The location was good for seeing the elephants . The staff were really helpful.

The rooms were nothing like photos. The rooms were not good especially the bathroom . Poor equipment badly maintained . Balcony was dirty and surround areas. Shower did not work well and plugs hanging off the wall. Felt that the elderly couple running it for a Uk owner really need help. We came away a day early and were not well for the next two days. Felt the aircon was in poor condition. Needs serious attention.

Nothing ,as soon as we arrived the manager was trying to marry us off with sri lankan lady

The tv didnt work ,the shower didnt work ,as soon as i went to lie down waiting for the tv/shower repair guy all the slats on my bed went south,the manager tried saying no one uses tv so ?noisey guests turned up 10pm i had to get up off my mattress on the floor and ask them to respect others,no staff on site at this stage or in morning up to 10 am ,i rang the emergency number to no avail so checked out no refund nothing ,o and no toilet roll.
