The location was perfect to see the elephants. The elephants walked right by the hotel entrance. And the owners were extremely friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!

I am totally disappointed about this property because I have booked a DBL room (2 adult + 1 year old child) at this porperty, and they confirmed the room via telephone call as well, but upon arrival at the hotel, they said all the rooms are full, and they tried to transfer me to another hotel that was not related to them (they said that was also owned by them). The hotel management did not take any responsibility for this matter.😡

"Good place to see the elephants. Staff was friendly but the food was very expensive to eat in."

Rooms were spacious. Bathrooms needs more attention. Hot water could not be regulated. Tiles were very slippery.

We were charged 1200 per person and they added 20% on top of that

They could have tell us they are gonna charge 20% service charge.. when we booked the place in booking.com it said tax and fees are inclusive ..
