Châu Sơn Garden Resort

It was out of the main city and very peaceful but still only a short bike ride away from everything. The level of service from Loan and the whole team was exceptional. Loan went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, from organising drivers, to meeting us at the local market when we needed a lift, to coming back when we were leaving at night. We have never had such wonderful service from a hotel before and wish every experience was like this.

Located awau from the hustle and bustle, so nice and quiet.

Rooms were amazing for the price, so luxurious! And staff went above and beyond to help us with taxis, recommendations, buses, food! Pool was fun and well kept

The price of the property was very competitive. The building itself was very nice. Staff very helpful. Area was very quiet which was nice.Rooms were good size with modern tv. Comfortable bed. Good aircon also.

The location is an about 15/20 mins from the main area (Tam Coc) for restaurants/bars etc. So it was a bit of a way out to grab food. They didn’t have enough bicycles for me and my partner to use. Only one bicycle worked. They had no motorbikes also available so the first day I had to borrow one of the workers personal bike. The second day we got a bike and 15 mins later it broke down on the motorway. The hotel staff did send a replacement very quickly. The pool didn’t seem to be turned on maybe. The water was stagnant and not circulating. The drain was also very dirty.
