Extensive breakfast choices which were provided with the booking. Good choice of dinner dishes. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Good outdoor facilities including the pool Push bikes available at no cost, and it is a safe option for novice riders to get into town. Very good value for money for the 3+ day stays Extra good for couples, families and groups However, what made our stays such a pleasurable experience, was the front of house manager, Loan. Loan went out her way to accommodate our every requirement. She is such an great asset to the hotel and we cannot over state how much we appreciated her help.

Great hotel with good facilities and pool was great. Staff were amazing and serviced our requests with utmost professionalism. From booking buses and taxis and arranging tours for the local area. Hotel was out of town a bit. However, the hotel had scooters available to hire at the market rate. For someone who doesn’t ride scooters and is used to driving on left side of the road, it was really easy to navigate to walking street and main Ninh Binh center. Would definitely rate this hotel and stay again.

The location is not the best as a little away from restaurants and the main town. Though if happy to grab a cab or confident to ride a scooter then make use of the pool and tranquil evenings.

Fantastic stay at Châu sơn garden. The staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect, very clean with a large comfortable bed and clean spacious bathroom with amenities. Pool facilities were also lovely. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel a few times and the food was always tasty fresh and made to order (one of the best coffee’s i’ve had in vietnam) We arrived at 4am off an overnight bus and a male staff member woke up to come let us in and show us to our room which was very kind. The location is a little far from some of the activities we wanted to do but reception staff were always able to call a taxi for us straight away. My partner fell off a motorbike on our second day and the receptionist could not have been more helpful in the situation. He sat him down cleaned his cuts and bandaged him up, then recommended a local hospital for us to go to. He also took our number and checked in periodically on how my parter was doing after the fall which was really lovely.

Loam was very friendly , helpful and informative. Rooms were spacious and clean. They have a beautiful garden. The vibe was relaxing and peaceful. Bikes for hire were available. This made the trip more enjoyable. Would recommend for family & friends

The room was lovely and spacious. The staff were incredibly helpful. We hired a scooter from them and explored all the surrounding areas. Location is away from all the tourist places - lovely and quiet.

The hotel is very nice and staff were very helpful. The young lady who appears to manage the hotel is fantastic, offered ideas on what we should do, arranged our trips and also onward travel trying to ensure we had the best experience Ninh Binh could offer.

Swimming pool unavailable, water not good, pumps not running, dead frog in pool, fitness area in garden comprising of set of dumbbells and a frame. We were the only people in the hotel. There is not a lot around the hotel.
