"Very bad"

It was so bad that we checked out a day earlier even though we had paid for two days- do you need more proof?

Everything was terrible. How can tariffs go up after the booking was confirmed? We were forced to pay in advance threatening with cancellation whereas at the time of booking it was clearly stated we could pay at the time of check-in. This is unethical and cheating.
