Centrally located next to the main shopping street Staff at the reception were okay

It is the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in. All the surfaces were full of dust and grime. We rejected two rooms due to torn and badly stained bed sheets. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The curtains and the walls were filthy. The bathroom stank of urine due to leaks under the sink and toilet. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. We couldn't wait to get out of there

Washroom fittings are old and creaky. Needs maintenance. Cleanliness ok. Had some sink issue and it was rectified immediately. Good service. Reasonable value for money considering the year end rush time.

Nothing i liked

It was so pathetic. After we reached the tourist place my daughter felt sick.. so we had to book a hotel immediately and take rest.. but after booking this bloody hotel the situation became more worst we had sleepless night cox of the sound which was there for the entire night and the health detoirited and we had to leave back home as we couldnt rest after taking medicine

Just that the rooms were clean

1. Upon reaching the hotel said they don't accept card payment. Only cash. 2. I called a couple of hours before reaching and was informed that the rooms were ready. However the rooms weren't kept ready. 3. Linen was quite used. 4. No room service 5. Dinner tab is not added to the room bill. Has to be paid in cash. 6. Breakfast is limited and the same 3 items are repeated every day.
