Dunes of Panama Resort

The view and location were excellent.

The condo is in need of several repairs and upgrades. One of the main bedrooms didn't have a tv.

The view was amazing and we had plenty of room for us to comfortably stay for a week.

There were stains on all the carpets, even some of the furniture had stains. It looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The walls were painted in patches so it didn’t match. The closet had chairs and inflatables but they were all broken or had holes in them and the closet looked like they just threw everything in there. There were layers of dust, crumbs in a bunch of places. They had non functioning lights. One of the balcony doors would not lock. Multiple pieces of furniture were broken. We had requested 3 fans way in advance and they said they would provide them. We got there and only one was there. We had not packed ours since they agreed to provide them. So we had to go to two different places to find some. The helper finally showed up with 1 more 2 days later. It was filthy and when we tried to turn it on, the motor was burnt out, by then it didn’t mater since we went and bought some but that was an unexpected cost. Only one key was provided, so we went and had another made. We left it in the lock box for future uses for the owner or new renters. The next day I received a message saying they couldn’t find the key anywhere 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. I told them to check with cameras or management because they were put back in the box. I may have missed a few other things that were not great but that’s most of it. We still made the best of it and had a good time. The owner was pretty responsive.

Love the location !!! Condo was very spacious and the balcony was amazing!!!

Big hiccup trying to get into our condo and all around confusion on how to rectify it. We had to clean the condo and pick up behind previous tenants. Housekeeping was definitely not up to par for the price paid.

I like the open all the glass doors was really nice it was really roomy

The carpet was very dirty needs to be repainted first day the bathtub will not drain the shower liner in the master bathroom was too short for the tub the patio furniture was terrible to charge that kind of money in this place needs upgrades

The location was great.

Door wouldn't lock from the outside. No tv in the living area. Needs to be upgrated.
