The location was great.

Door wouldn't lock from the outside. No tv in the living area. Needs to be upgrated.

Cleaniness and roof leaks badly and widely spreaded MOLD in ceilings old property

The view The balcony in each room Privacy from other friends I requested a fan and kuereg coffee making and these were provided. I left extra hangers, toilet paper and paper towels! I hope next renters can use… The place was Damp, seems to need a dehumidifier…..Air conditioner worked great… One bed was unusable, metal frame bent completely in the middle… I couldn’t get completely comfortable because of dampness…. Not many wash clothes, washed towels almost every day…. Nice beach chairs, floats, umbrella provided! Owner is very nice and accommodating! I would come back, the beach is private, not a lot of people. The people that were there are very nice…. All kitchen utensils were provided. Towels were nice. Light bulbs were missing, might be from last tenants taking them-it happens!

It felt damp. Beds felt damp. Couch, damp. Not enough wash clothes. Laundry every day to wash towels and wash cloths….for fresh ones every day! Not enough hangers, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, We did buy our own. We bought ice. No automatic ice maker, no ice trays… No blow dryer. Good iron and ironing board

I love staying on Thomas Drive. The big windows were beautiful.

There’s nothing I can say I didn’t like

Love the unit. Gorgeous panoramic view in living room. Everything about condo was wonderfully perfect. Truly, beds were so comfortable and sheets and covers. Our time in condo was fantastic. Elevators efficient. Lovely time spent in the building.

The ocean was beautiful (and relaxing to be in. Day 1 someone had "dumped leftovers" from a picnic into water and it washed onto us while in waves. Day 2 someone had excreted feces and it was floating in water. To leave that and come up to pool, 4 tables had different classic rock tunes blaring on 4 different personal speakers around the pool. The only reasons we wouldn't seek out that exact condo for annual trip is the actions of others apparently staying in other units at the Dunes. :/

Where do I start? Upon arrival it was discovered that the 4th bedroom has no door. It was a cheap Reno job so they could call it a bedroom. It’s a closet with a bed. When closing a bedroom door it was found that the door was broken off the hinges and wouldn’t close properly. The closet door was not in the rail and fell onto my partner when passing by. We got 2 half rolls of toilet paper and a roll of paper towel. No more in the apartment. The room with 2 beds had one bed on stilts and the middle was not supported. So the bed sank in the middle making it very uncomfortable so we had to remove the frame and stilts and put the mattress on the floor. The fridge stopped working but I managed to fix the myself. And one of the bathrooms was missing the knob that allowed you to turn the faucet to a shower. I had to rig it with picture frame wire to be able to turn the shower on. We reported all this to the owner. If that all wasn’t enough on our last night the door lock (which is electric) stopped working. It was 1am. We went to security and they tried the spare keys and they didn’t work. And then we were told to call a lock smith. We did but being after hours it took 2 hours to reach someone. They said it would be $425 then text back and said $525 and an hour more wait. We decided to stay in a hotel for the night and contact the owner in the morning for direction as security couldn’t get an answer. We arrived back to the apartment in the morning just after 10am (check out was 10am) and the house cleaner was there. She said she had to call a lock smith to get in. Once in and I had access to my phone I saw several messages from the owner stating that check out was 10am and we needed to remove our belongings. Then another saying our belongings will be at security. And a last one saying “ that the next guest would like a smooth check in as we enjoyed”. Not once was there any empathy for our situation and no apology for it either.

Location was nice.

Bathrooms were not clean, stains in carpets, balcony windows were dirty.

I enjoyed everything about this property!! Location is great,pool is amazing,& the Margaritas in the pool side bar are FABULOUS!

I was a little upset that the balcony was blocked off a couple days of my stay due to construction! But we still made the best of the trip!
