The location is somewhat alright.

Everything is old and shabby. No bedsheets - you sleep on a mattress cover. If you manage to find the boiler switch, don't forget to turn it off - it will activate floor heating. Super small and old shower/toilet - not for a person over 180cm tall.

Great location close to the beach.

Stains on towels and bedding. Cigarette smoke from outside can be smelled in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep.
