Our recent experience at this Airbnb property was nothing short of a nightmare. The negative aspects of our experience overshadowed any potential positive points, leaving us no choice but to leave after just 20 minutes. The first clue to our nightmare was the lack of proper signage. This made it extremely challenging for our taxi drivers to locate the property, leaving us stranded with our heavy luggage. After 15 frustrating minutes of searching on our own, we managed to find the place, but this was not the ideal start to our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a front yard filled with garbage that had gone bad and started to emit a terrible stench. This was not only unpleasant but also unsanitary, and it certainly didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. The problems with the entrence did not stop there, the gate was unsafe and impossible to securely lock. Additionally, the lack of proper lighting made it even more challenging to navigate the area, especially during the evening. The poorly paved pathway added to the inconvenience, making it difficult to move our luggage without any hassle. The biggest disappointment was the property's alleged proximity to the beach, which turned out to be a complete lie. The beach was actually over four blocks away, contrary to what the photos portrayed. Speaking of the photos, they were incredibly misleading, failing to show the bathroom's small size, the lack of an independent shower (forcing us to shower while sitting on the toilet), and the severe lack of storage space. To our dismay, there were no proper towels provided; instead, we were given what can only be described as blue rags, similar to kitchen cloths. This was utterly unacceptable and made us question the overall hygiene of the place. We strongly advise others to steer clear of this misleading and hazardous property. Our experience has left us feeling embarrassed on behalf of booking.com for having this listing on their platform.

The smell inside the property was unbearable. There were multiple diffusers throughout the property to mask a very unpleasant odor. The bathroom was tiny, not ventilated (no windows or fans) and anyone taller than 5'7'' would have a hard time standing up or showering because the ceiling is so low. The towels provided were damp and smelly, and two of the beddings had stains on them. The only plus is the location to the beach, but there are many better properties nearby.

We enjoyed our stay. The accomodation is a short foot walk to the beach and the subway line 2 as well as many busses are close as well. We were a group of friends so the 3 bed rooms and the big room in the middle were perfect for us to sit together in the evening and still have some privacy. The rooms are also quite big! There is even a small private courtyard to sit outside. The kitchen had everything that you might need.

The communication in English was sometimes a little complicated but it's was mangable. The replies were always quick. There was only one set of keys which makes it harder to have individual plans but for us it was okay.

The house is just two minutes away from the beach, with a lot of restaurants and stores around. The rooms are nice, comfortable, and it was great for the price.

The bathroom is quite small so it can be complicated to take a shower comfortably
