Lycra and Nylon are the nonabsorbent materials for swimwear • Infants and toddlers are required to wear a swim diaper. • Individuals can wear clean cotton t-shirts and sarongs on the pool deck only. They must also wear proper swim attire underneath these clothing items. All the room sizes are inclusive of Outdoor area.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nothing...

Less than 24 hours prior to the booking these guys just called and said that the ac plant is not working and they have to cancel the booking. Had to book last minute resort which costs 30% more....... Please avoid this property visit

Very bad experience AC shut down staff told move out to other hotel no support to book other hotel. Really disappointed and loss of money

"It’s okay, but hasn’t had maintenance for a lot of years"

Location was good and main pool was ok. There were nice restaurants outside the hotel on the beach.

Cleanliness, staff weren’t very attentive, restaurants were poor service and disappointing food. Pool in Villa was unusable (dirty and very low in water) the cooling could only get the room down to about 27° overnight which means sleeping a bit hard.
