Where to start, the hotel looks amazing in the photographs, the reality is somewhat different! When it was built you can tell that it was amazing now brace yourself the pool is a disgrace! Tiles missing , pool half full, huge parts around it very dangerous where the water was meant to flow over and into a Rhyl if you tripped you would be falling down a narrow 2 ft hole the loungers where all ripped and stained, asking a member of staff for a towel was beyond them eventually brought us 2 but there where 3 of us the third towel never arrived! Trying to order a drink by the pool beyond impossible. We cornered a waiter doing room service he brought us 3 beers didn’t think to open them and the next day the glass bottles were still where we’d left them The rooms, bathroom taps not attached , no shower screen brown water the pool suites below the pools where full of algae and cigarette butts and a haven for mosquitoes. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and freshly laundered. Reception made faulty towers look like the most professional concierge. no desk, no one who could take control the host was incredibly sweet but was unable to authorise anything I don’t think it was her fault but the owners in Mumbai were where the final say happened. Can’t even start on the food it’s feels like everyone was arranging deck chairs on the Titanic !! But the gardens are lovely

The location was lovely, right on the beach. The private pool room we had was ok, little tired but ok

The only thing that we liked about the property was it’s close proximity to the beach.

The hotel was not well kept from the room headboard, to the basin getting clogged, to the tiles having yellow stains, to the pool tiles in our room bring broken and dangerous to use with a child to the main hotel pool water which was stale and unhygienic, to the breakfast that was served and lacked freshness. There was not hot water for the first two day and the ac was not working, so they changed our room as a resort.

Room was specious.

Serious Health & Safety Violations: We observed critical failures in food hygiene, most notably the serving of high-risk dairy products (cheese) that had been left in 35°C heat for several hours. This was confirmed by there own staff. Furthermore, we witnessed pest activity (ants) on food left uncovered at the breakfast bar. Suspected Food Poisoning: Following these observations, my daughter suffered from suspected food poisoning, which caused significant distress and health concerns during our stay. Standard of Facilities: On several occasions, we found the bed linen to be stained and unhygienic, which is entirely inconsistent with the standards expected. Misleading Information: The 15-page menu provided was largely unavailable, with only five items actually offered, which represents a significant discrepancy between the advertised service and the reality. Failure of Duty Management: Despite raising these issues multiple times with duty managers, I was repeatedly "fobbed off" with promises of escalation that never materialised. A previous formal complaint has also remained unacknowledged.

Location was the only good thing about this property. Apart from location, neither food nor service - they were not worth the money spent on stay.

Room service. Upon checking in I found there was no water bottle in my room. I called thrice in a span of half an hour and then I rcvd 3 nos. Of 200ml bisleri . What a joke. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Tea was bad. Partha was oily. Fruits didn’t taste fresh. To summarise it wasn’t worth the money paid. Not to forget the bathroom in my room. Wierd it was.

Just the food was good and close to beach that's it.

I don't really recommend this property for stay.. because basic hot water was not there for the days we stayed and no cleanliness. Nothing more to talk about this property. Stay wasn't good
