The staff of the hotel was really friendly and always ready to help, no matter what problem we might have had. It was also really nice of them for getting me a bag with fruits and a nice note after coming back from the hospital. The service was on another level at this hotel and will come back without a second thought! p.s. The coffee was excellent!

Thin walls so you can pretty much hear everything outside the room.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht weit bis zum Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Frühstück und die vietnamesischen Kaffee Spezialitäten sind super lecker, auch der Matcha ist super und es gibt Milch Alternativen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und die Mitarbeiterin Long ist superlieb und ist immer sehr freundlich. Aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett.

The hotel staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. We had whatever we asked for. Some specific items that were helpful: 1. The hotel lobby is also a restaurant where you can get food through most of the day, with a very large selection of tasty coffees and smoothies. 2. You can drop off your laundry in the morning and the reception will have it cleaned overnight for a very small fee - extremely useful. 3. Location is good, it's only about 15 minutes walk from the most popular of the public beaches. There are bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacies and cash machines all within a few minutes walk. 4. Daily housekeeping is very good, they change the towels as often as you like and keep the room spotless. 5. Front desk staff always present and helpful, always greeting you when you walk past. 6. Good aircon after you run it for a bit... there is a large fan in the room too.

The room is a good size. However there is no soundproofing so any time there are kids shouting in the corridor or in the area, you hear it as though it's in your room. Also the pool is located indoors, ground floor as part of the restaurant so it's not relaxing at all... in fact, as it receives no sun and is surrounded by tables on two sides, we actually never used it (and we usually like to use a pool). One minor item is that while there are two generous sized wardrobes in our room, there were only 5 hangers total, and only 3 drawers. I'd suggest adding some hangers per room.
