"Overall is a good price and good service for our stay!"

The swimming pool was under repair, but they offered us free airport transport as compensation. All our requests were met immediately by the staff. The first night, there were flies and mosquitoes in the room, and they provided the repellent the next morning when the housekeeper came immediately. Also, provide two free coconut waters as an apology. The staff at the counter was always friendly and nice.

There was an open space in the aisle and lobby. It's quite hot during summer and that's why the flies and mosquitos accidently in our room.

The hotel is well located, the staff is very friendly. They have a nice coffee shop in the lobby so it’s very lovely and convenient. The room are great, it look brand new and very clean !

The staff were absolutely incredible and very incredible. The room was amazing and very clean and spacious. We were so close to the beach and other shops. Would 100% come back!

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, überall hin kurze Wege. Zum herrlichen Sandstrand waren es zu Fuss 8 min. Das Personal ist sensationell freundlich und bemüht, alle Fragen umgehend zu beantworten und hilft überall aktiv. Das Zimmer zur Strasse war sehr ruhig, der Lärm bleibt draussen, durch doppelte Glasscheiben.

Innerhalb des Gebäudes ist es hellhörig.

Die Lage ist top und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und ansprechend gestaltet.

Es gibt bessere Frühstücksoptionen in der Nähe. Der Pool war recht kalt.

"Okay property if you want to be close to the beach"

It was a great a location. Close proximity to the beach and some wonderful eateries.

The construction or plant maintenance that started at 7am every morning and the air con in the room wasn’t working. Hotel staff provided a free airport transfer however it didn’t make up for not being able to utilise the balcony or the pool due to construction
