Please note that all Vietnamese guests need to provide a valid passport, national identification card, or driver's licence. Please note that all non-Vietnamese guests need to provide a valid passport with a valid visa or a temporary resident card. In accordance with Vietnamese law, it is mandatory to present a valid original physical identification document upon check-in for registration and verification purposes. Photocopies, digital copies, and images of identification documents cannot be used in lieu of the original document. Accepted identification documents include: • National Identity Card or Passport or VneID level 2 account for Vietnamese guests • Passport together with one of the following valid immigration documents: Visa, Temporary Residence Card (TRC), Permanent Residence Card (PRC), or proof of visa exemption where applicable for non-Vietnamese guests The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in and accommodation, and no refund will be issued if guests fail to present all required valid identification documents.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
