Most everything, shower mouldy, bed small, linen and towels disgraceful, breakfast and after thought no full cream milk, graffiti on front fence saying Fuck was probably an omen. Night a nice part of Glasgow

It was clean

It was cold on arrival. Graffiti on garden walls, and paint coming off corridor walls. Not very secure as room code was very easy to guess and front door remained unlocked. No parking. Contact number was unobtainable and message was left unanswered. I have tried to cancel my next booking in October, as I will be a woman alone, and it is not very safe. It states free cancellation, but now I have to request if I can cancel it without being charged, and they haven't even bothered to respond. So it seems to be false advertising.

Muy poca seguridad. La contraseña de la puerta exterior y la de la habitación muy obvias, no cambian entre huéspedes y sospecho que pueda ser la misma contraseña para todas las habitaciones.

Other tenants extremely loud - on phones and blasting TVs. Requested an invoice multiple times over a 5 week period and never received a response. Frustrating as it's extremely easy for them to perform.

We arrived at the location, the gate and front door are left unlocked, anyone could walk in off the street. The room as advertised is NOT the room that was assigned, and the 'staff' is not on sight, does not answer calls, or messages, or whats app messages, and in fact doesn't answer cancellation requests. They didn't respond whatsoever until Booking.com got involved, and I still had to go to my bank to reverse the charge for the *room* that was offered to us. I wouldn't go near this property with a 10 foot pole. The neighbourhood is sketchy, theres weird large trash and furniture in the backyard, and the whole property has the 'landlord special' if you're familiar with the term.

There was nothing to like.

2 minute walk from the stadium and the subway. Big room, nicely decorated, well lit, good shower.

No mirror in the bedroom

I asked for a blowdrier which was not available in the acomodation but i got no reply. Few houers later they asked me when are we checking out on the same platform.
