I was in town for an exhibition, location was good for me, free parking outside and received good instruction from the owners to get in and access WiFi etc, room was cleans and comfortable, good value for the money.

Very basic, but still good value for money

The bedroom was ok and bathroom was to a good standard. I liked that the WiFi was free.

As we turned into Copland Road the driver advised me that druggies frequented the area and told me to be careful. As I was only staying one night, it was not a concern to me. I only spoke to the owner/proprietor on the phone. It would have been nice to have met a member of staff upon check-out. Also the continental breakfast was disappointing, as there could have been a choice of pastries, not just Pain-o-chocolat', which I don't like. Also, there were no extra blankets on the shelf. It was quite chilly during the night so I had to wear my fleece as an extra layer to bed as the light duvet was not sufficient.

The noisy levels were extremely high,I could hear every tiny sound like tape dropping down during the night. The room was cold, heating didn’t work good, I couldn’t even switch the heat on when finally I could get in touching with host he switched the heat on but didn’t lasted. the duvet and pillows very thick and even though I requested an extra blanket, the host never provided it. I also couldn’t really enjoy the TV doesn’t work at all. No signal . Overall, I regret paying £105 for the night, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there for this price.

The gate and fence to property looked unwelcoming. No signage to show name of property
