Property is on beachfront. Just cross the road and you are on the beach so the location is very good. Beach doesn't get very crowded and was reasonably clean. Was not a fisherman's beach which tend to get a bit messy. Waves were not too strong either, but to be safe we didn't venture out too much as the sea was a bit rough due to the weather.

We booked a “room with balcony and sea view” but were given a room with only a window facing the sea — no balcony at all. When we raised the issue, the staff claimed that the public corridor outside the rooms (facing inward toward the property) was considered the “balcony”! The photos on the listing clearly showed a private balcony overlooking the sea — which is what we paid extra for. As we were traveling with kids, the balcony was important for us to relax once they were asleep. Unfortunately, we had already paid in full before seeing the room. After multiple conversations with the manager, it became clear that this was not a one-off mistake — they seemed fully aware of this misleading setup. The manager even admitted that guests in “pool view” rooms had made similar complaints because the public walkway faces the pool. We requested a refund, but were told it could only be processed after two days due to a “public holiday” and were asked to share bank details — with no guarantee of reimbursement. Since we had booked for two nights, this excuse made no sense, especially since the payment was made via credit card and could easily be reversed. Being a long weekend with no other options available and kids exhausted from the drive, we reluctantly stayed. They offered another room the next day, but shifting again was impractical. To be fair, the staff were polite and tried their best — but this clearly points to poor management practices and misleading advertising. The property itself has potential, but it’s poorly maintained for the price they charge — shabby worn out walls, unkempt staff uniforms, average food, and dirty coffee cups at breakfast. With just a bit of honesty and upkeep, this could be a great place, but as it stands, it feels like a resort cutting corners and exploiting guests’ trust.
