UVA Sands Beach Resort

The bed are atrociously high . Senior citizen like my Mother had a severe problem . No step stool was provided. Please look into this . Had to keep a chair , cushions to make a stairway for her

Need to have water to clean legs to enter resort areas as in it's a beach front property

breakfast fresh filling ambience beach front large swimming pool staff was helpful.

tea milk and cofee satchets were not kept when they were part of no pillow covers on 2 pillows. room 2103 cannot be opened and closed without calling staff . tv has no hindi channels only local

We loved everything. The personal touch, attention to detail, catering for our every need was just exceptional. I don’t eat spicy food, and chef specially prepared every meal for me, even items not on the menu. If they didn’t have something in stock, they made a plan to get it. Umesh and his team know what hospitality is all about. The room, the views, the atmosphere, the personal service, just about everything was exceptional! HIGHLY recommend. Many rooms, perfect for couples or large wedding groups.

Pity we only stayed one night!
