The staff were very nice and accommodating. Location is close to Picnic Grove and People’s Park. The hotel was very clean as well.

Shower water was lukewarm. There was a problem with the plumbing but the staff fixed it immediately. No coffee facilities in the room.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Delicious, quality food. Helpful, friendly staff.

Road noise. Rooms facing the road may not be ideal for light sleepers. A little soundproofing might help make the room be more comfortable for sleeping.

The staff demonstrated excellent customer service—very accommodating and attentive. The food was good, and the place itself is beautiful. We truly enjoyed the room; it felt very homey and was well-designed with lovely interiors.

The only concern was the water system, which is quite important. While the staff was very capable and responsive in fixing the water heater, the water pressure was very low. Although the room had two bathrooms, we were only able to use the one in the living room due to the heater issue and low water pressure.
