Apartment by the Beach

Perfect location! Lovely balcony views, had all the amenities you could want and plenty of nice food places close by. Stupidly we locked ourselves out of property and Stephanie was quick to the rescue. Thank you again, we really enjoyed our stay ❤️

Couldn’t complain about anything.

Excellent host. Friendly, helpful and always ready to help with any problems. Lovely apartment situated right next to the marina and two minutes walk from the beautiful beach. Within minutes walk of many eating establishments and shops. Balcony overlooking the marina was a bonus. sitting having a coffee watching the activity with the boats going and coming. Great walks round the marina complex and along beautiful Swansea bay with many coffee shops along the way.

Sofas could do with a bit more padding or extra seating cushions would make it even more comfortable.

Hot water/shower bit strange -possibly it's me

A good location for coastal walking , easy access to public transport, bars, and restaurants. A clean, light simply furnished pleasant apartment, ideal for a couple. The Parking is very convenient and helpful. The host is very responsive. The views over the marina were very pleasant and it was a quiet location .

The hot water in the shower did not work at all so we had to have a bath but there was only enough water for one shallow bath as the hot water was not hot enough to mix with cold water and only provided a 4 inch deep bath. I am sure a plumber can easily fix this issue. The bedroom window wooden blind allows the dawn light in so a curtain would be beneficial. Personally I am not comfy on memory foam mattresses or polyester bedding as opposed to cotton.

The view is lovely. Even when the weather wasn’t that great it was still lovely to see all the boats. Like that Sky Tv is available at the property. The bed was very comfy.

Not a dislike but a suggestion - curtains in the bedroom would be great. I didn’t find the bathroom to be that clean. Spoke with host regarding this. The bath tap runs hot just for a little while then stays cold :(

Excellent location. Beach and promenade on the doorstep. Lovely restaurants in walking distance. Very quiet.
