Posizione strategica. Ambiente curato confortevole e spazioso. Angolo cottura piccolo ma attrezzato con tutto il necessario. Arredato con cura e in stile moderno. In strada secondaria silenziosa tra case del borgo caratteristiche. Dista pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale, appena fuori dalle mura passando dall' Arco Etrusco.

Una certa umidità che si percepisce all’interno, probabilmente a causa della posizione dell’alloggio, sul quale non entra mai il sole (cosa che d’estate però rende l’unitá fresca anche nelle ore più calde)

La casa si trova in una buona posizione e vicino c'è un gran parcheggio gratuito. Facile raggiungere il centro storico di Perugia a piedi! Casa pulita e personale ottimo. Fornita di tutto il necessario, la consigliamo!!!
