Perugia Home Apartment La Finestra Di Fronte

This apartment may be small, but it’s incredibly nice and modern, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the charming old city center, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. Highly recommended for a cozy and convenient getaway for a few days.

Nice location in Perugia in a small street. Small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all close together. Property was clean and instructions to enter were clear.

As the room is on the small street, there is quite some light and noise entering. Better curtains would help. Further, the wifi was very slow.

I think this is very nice choice when you are in Perugia. You are very close to everything and you can walk and enjoy Perugia which is perfect small Italian town. Space is quite ok for 3 people. Third bed (sofa) was comfortable. Kitchen is usable and we managed to make meals there easily. Refrigirator is small and it can be bigger. There is no aircondition but fan is very good and usefull.

It is old town and apartment is on the ground flor so there are two things we did not like: -noisy in the morning (cars, people) -moisture and the smell in the apartment from we would say 300 years of history (which is kinda romantic as well 😊 ). (Fan was working all the time when we are inside and that is helpfull.)
